It is intriguing that when the topic here is the sexual abuse of children that some would like to silence or restrict that!!! Why is that?

Open invitation to Catholic Church and other religious institutions [link]
TFYQA today offered a range of services and information as a means of providing some of the tools needed for the Catholic Church which appears to not be able to address the issues relating to the many victims of clergy, sexual and spiritual abuse in an appropriate manner.
The evidence is there for all to see. It is time that Governments and the general public moved beyond the shock of comprehending that there is a form of corruption or severe dysfunctionality within many religious instiutions.
TFYQA has focused on only a very small amount of the detail and information we are provided with. We know and understand the issue and how to process the data, whom to provide it to. We know many of the questions to ask as well and we have the cause at heart.
On behalf of TFYQA I would like to propose to each and every religion in the country to come together and assist us in providng the following facilities to victims for the following reasons.
CMS software as a service, secure voting systems, blogging systems, forums and information portals for victims.
Victims can have a single location where information from each Charity, religion or other institute can register their statements and policies and can be verified for the visitor to ensure that they are getting the correct information.
Provide an online reporting system whose first point of call is with qualified councilors following defined procedures with appropriate backup and support. (information on this procedure to be laid out in steps with full disclosure of the procedures and together with information on the purpose of gathering the information, where it is stored, who has access, what can it be used for, where can it be used together with the ability to provide access to any degree of their information or data.
To set in place via a secured online voting system to provide an opportunity for victims to indicate their choice in regards the manner in which they are treated.
Systems such as these provide a safe and healthy outlet for thosewishing to feel that they are no longer powerless and in fact thatthere is a genuine levelling of power between abuser and victim. and helps to move the victim from the individual who has to prove their case to one where they are afforded assistance.
(Catholic does not seperate this - they have one continuous process which never moves into support mode.
The proposed portal would provide the following:
Daily news gatherig, cataloguing and re-publishing.
Applying for copyright exemption, approval where necessary for published news items, research data ....
Provide daily, weekly
- to provide victims with the abilty to learn to know and understand the power they have within, to provide each and everyone with a voice which must be heard.
