They are good at drawing up wonderfully drafted documents, but the idea of actually doing anything seems to pose a problem.

The Catholic ethos, this is a part of being employed in the Church structure - can we get a copy of that? Again on the point of discrimination - if they have a documented workplace agreement or a copy of thye "ethos" which employees are to abise by then surely if those victims the church deals with is not in accord with that then those victims are again being discriminated against. 
 
 
They include the right to vote and the right to equal treatment, without discrimination on the basis of race, religion or national origin, in such areas as education, housing, employment, public accommodations and the administration of justice.  - index.php?id=46
 
On each occasion the Church fails to treat the may victims of clergy abuse in a the manner preached by the church then it performs an act of gross discrimination on each of those occasions.

If you fail to act against this wrong doing then you are part of the problem.

 With George Pell saying that there is no confidentiality requirement once a person has been through the process.

Surely this should mean that those who have already signed a confidentiality agreement should be provided with the opportunity to have that aspect of their agreement rescinded.

The commission - is its information available under the Freedom of Information Act?

Anti-discrimination laws should provide the same playing field for all victims past, present or future.

 
 
Want to do an article or 2 on "The Commission" - want to profile the people and the way it works, they thrive behind their obscurity - PO'C tries to keep as low a profile as possible.
 
We need to shed some light on them -
we need to pose up a set of questions as in an interview and email therm for their response - we publish our questions and our communication with them.
 
What are the Commissions guidelines, most commissions will have a defined reason for existing - what is that with this commission?
 
Do they have documented guidelines and policies?
 
Who funds the commission.
 
Who are the people involved in the commission.
 
Has the commission put forward any of its findings?
